GENERAL INFORMATION

The Gregory family would like to thank you for your interest in our Catering Department. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to serving you soon. Montgomery Inn provides heavy-duty Chinet plates, napkins, plastic ware, serving utensils, bibs and wet naps for all catering and deliveries. For delivery or pick-up, the food is packaged bulk, (“buffet-style”) and sent in throwaway foil containers for your convenience. 

We will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time for a delivery with the food fresh, hot and ready to serve. We will assist you with set up, and although we do not provide chafing dishes for deliveries, we do have them for sale for $25 each, including 2 cans of sterno and a foil water pan. If you choose full-service catering, we will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time. In addition to paper and plastic ware we will provide buffet tables, chafing dishes, sterno and linen for our buffet tables. We will serve your guests as they come through the buffet line and provide general clean up after the meal.


Policies & Fees

PAYMENT POLICY

A credit card number must be on file upon receiving your order. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or check upon delivery.

SERVICE CHARGES

Our Catering department has the following service charges: for full-service catering, there is a $200.00 minimum charge or 20% of your total bill. For delivery a $50.00 fee will apply. Montgomery Inn Catering can supply a bartender for $25.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours).
