The River Room
Price: $350.00 Tuesday- Friday & Sunday. $450 Saturday.
The River Room room is located on the second floor of our facility and is available year-round. The River Room is on the west side of our building and has a panoramic view of the Ohio River, Sawyer Point Park and the Kentucky skyline and can accommodate parties of 40 to 70 people for sit down dinner. There is also an outdoor balcony available for gathering and/or cocktails.

Kentucky Speedway Room
Price: $150.00 Tuesday- Friday & Sunday. $250 Saturday.
For smaller, more intimate parties and meetings, we also offer the Kentucky Speedway Room. This room faces historic Mt. Adams. The year-round facility comfortably accommodates up to 20 people.

The Turf Room
Turf A & B – 30-60 People Price: $300.00 Tuesday- Friday & Sunday. $400 Saturday.
Turf A – 20-30 People Price: $200.00 Tuesday- Friday & Sunday. $300 Saturday.
Turf B – 10-20 People Price: $150.00 Tuesday- Friday & Sunday. $250 Saturday.
The Turf Room, located on the second floor of our facility, is available year-round. Turf Rooms A and B can be combined into one awesome mega-room with a gorgeous view of the city and Sawyer Point. Turf Room B alone has no view, but is tastefully decorated.

The Big Top

The Big Top tent is an outdoor venue located on the west side of our building and has a view of the Ohio River and Sawyer Point Park. The Big Top is available from April 1st through October 31st and can accommodate parties of 100 to 200 people for a cocktail party, sit down dinner or dinner buffet. This is the perfect area for outdoor wedding receptions, fundraisers or large group celebrations.

Riverside Patio
Price: $250.00 Tuesday- Friday & Sunday. $350 Saturday.
30-50 People
For your spring, summer or fall functions, The Patio is available for parties of 30 to 50 for a sit-down dinner. The Patio has an awning and beautiful view of the Ohio River and Sawyer Point Park. In case of inclement weather, a clear drop cloth encloses the entire area.
