Montgomery Inn - Wings RIB COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Conventional Oven – after thawing(overnight in the refrigerator), remove ribs from their package. Set oven to "BROIL". Place ribs on broiling pan, bottom side up(towards broiler) and cook until meat begins to sizzle (approx. 4 minutes). Turn ribs over-topside up-and finish cooking until ribs sizzle and pop (approx. 3 minutes). Remove from broiling pan and top with heated Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce.

Outdoor Grill – Set grill on High or wait till coals are RED HOT. After thawing, remove ribs from their package. Place ribs bottom side up (towards broiler) and cook until meat begins to sizzle (approx. 4 minutes). Turn ribs over - topside up - and finish cooking until the ribs sizzle and pop (approx. 3 minutes). Remove from grill and top with heated Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce.

REMEMBER NEVER TRY TO HEAT MONTGOMERY INN'S FAMOUS RIBS FROM A FROZEN STATE. ALWAYS LET THE MEAT THAW BEFORE COOKING AND ALWAYS HEAT MONTGOMERY INN BARBECUE SAUCE BEFORE SERVING!!!
