BARBECUED LOIN BACK RIBS

Conventional Oven – after thawing (overnight in the refrigerator), remove ribs from their package. Set oven to “BROIL”. Place ribs on broiling pan, bottom side up (towards broiler) and cook until meat begins to sizzle (approx. 4 minutes). Turn ribs over-topside up-and finish cooking until ribs sizzle and pop (approx. 3 minutes). Remove from broiling pan and top with heated Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce to fire up the flavor.

Outdoor Grill – Set grill on High or wait till coals are RED HOT. After thawing, remove ribs from their package. Place ribs bottom side up (towards broiler) and cook until meat begins to sizzle (approx. 4 minutes). Turn ribs over – topside up – and finish cooking until the ribs sizzle and pop (approx. 3 minutes). Remove from grill and top with heated Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce to fire up the flavor.

MONTGOMERY INN BBQ SAUCE

Stovetop – Pour sauce into a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat. Once the sauce begins to bubble, adjust the burner h eat level to low. Remember to stir the sauce while it h eats to prevent it from burning.

Microwave – Montgomery Inn BBQ Sauce may also be heated in the microwave. Pour sauce into a microwave – safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap and heat for 1 minute or until sauce is piping hot.

PULLED PORK AND SMOKED CHICKEN BBQ

Stovetop – Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F. Remove thawed bbq from the container and place in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for approximately 5 minutes. Once fully heated (internal temperature should be 160 degrees F), remove the bbq from the heat, cover the saucepan, and let sit for 5-7 minutes before serving; this will ensure the heat is evenly distributed. Place the buns on a baking sheet, and warm in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove the buns from the oven and transfer to a platter. Place the heated bbq on the bottom bun. Drizzle warmed BBQ sauce over the bbq, top off the bun and ENJOY!

Microwave – Montgomery Inn BBQ may also be heated in the microwave. Put bbq into a microwave -safe dish . Cover with plastic wrap and heat for 1 minute. Carefully remove bbq from the microwave, stir the bbq, recover with plastic wrap and heat for an additional minute. Remove from microwave and let sit for an additional minute to allow heat to be evenly distributed. Place the heated bbq on the bottom bun. Drizzle warmed BBQ sauce over the bbq, top off the bun and ENJOY!
