General Information
The Gregory family would like to thank you for your interest in our Catering Department. Enclosed is our menu for your review. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to serving you soon.
Montgomery Inn provides heavy-duty Chinet plates, napkins, plasticware, serving utensils, bibs and wet naps for all caterings and deliveries. Deliveries are brought to you in throwaway foil containers for your convenience. We will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time for a delivery with the food fresh, hot and ready to serve. We will assist you with set up, although we do not provide chafing dishes for deliveries, we do have them for sale or rent. If you choose full service catering, we will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time. In addition to paper and plasticware we will provide buffet tables, chafing dishes, sterno and linen for our buffet tables. We will serve your guests as they come through the buffet line and provide general clean up after the meal. Please speak with your sales manager if you require any additional linens, china, or audio visual equipment.
Payment Policy and Cancellation
A credit card number must be on file upon receiving your order. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or check upon delivery. Cancellations must be made 3 business days prior to your event date. If cancellation is made after this date, full price will be charged according to the anticipated number of guests.
Service Charges
Our Catering department has the following service charges: For full service catering, there is a $175.00 minimum charge or 20% of your total bill. For delivery a $50.00 fee will apply. Montgomery Inn Catering can supply a bartender for $25.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours).
